• File metadata: format, dimensions, file size, page count (for PDFs).
• Conversion parameters: target format, quality settings, resize dimensions, watermark options, crop coordinates.
• Tool usage: which tools you use (Image Convert, PDF Merge/Split/Rotate/Compress/Watermark, Batch Rename, Smart Asset Pack, Privacy Blur, Metadata Viewer, Rotate & Flip, Share Link).
• Conversion history for logged-in users.

c) Technical Data

• Public IP address and approximate geolocation for security and rate-limiting.
• Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Referral URL and pages visited within our platform.

d) Uploaded Files

• Images and PDFs you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily on our servers only for the duration needed to complete your requested operation.
• Watermark images uploaded for custom watermarking (Pro feature).

• Authentication & Access Control: To verify your identity and manage your account tier (Free, Registered, Pro).

3. File Handling & Storage

We take file privacy extremely seriously. Here is exactly how your files are handled:

Manual Deletion: You can delete any file at any time using the delete button on conversion results. Deleted files are permanently removed from our servers immediately.

4. Share Link & Third-Party Storage

The Share Link feature allows you to share files with others via a unique, time-limited URL.

• Files may be securely proxied to managed third-party storage (e.g., Google Drive) for high-speed downloads.
• Your personal Google credentials are never exposed, accessed, or stored by our servers during this process.
• Storage is isolated and accessed only via temporary, system-generated service tokens.
• Shared files are automatically deleted after the link expires.

5. Cookies & Analytics

• Authentication cookies: Essential cookies to maintain your login session.
• Preference cookies: To remember your settings (e.g., watermark presets, conversion preferences).
• Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how our tools are used. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
